Chris’s rural background and extensive work with landholders have honed his skills in developing land access and environmental agreements, making him a trusted advisor in navigating the intersection of environmental conservation and land management.

With a focus on property acquisitions and negotiations for biodiversity offsets and project-related infrastructure, Chris brings a strategic mindset and a passion for creating sustainable solutions that benefit both our clients and the natural world.

Under the guidance of Amanda Griffith, Manager – Natural Capital Supply, Chris is poised to drive meaningful impact and contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable future.

Tamika Flanigan: A dedicated consultant

Tamika Flanigan joins our Natural Capital Team as a Consultant. She has over six years of experience in the consulting sector and has been involved in fieldwork contributing to Biodiversity Development Assessment Reports (BDARs) and Biodiversity Stewardship Site Assessment Reports (BSSAR) involving flora surveying for vegetation zone stratification, assignment of plant community types and vegetation integrity plots integrating into the Biodiversity Assessment Method Calculator (BAM-C).

Tamika’s experience as an Ecologist has evolved organically into the Natural Capital and Offsetting space, where she began to assist in site investigations and reporting for the establishment of BSA’s.
