Dave is a trusted ecologist and adviser with over 19 years’ experience in the environmental consulting industry and delivering major programs within corporate roles. He has completed vegetation and fauna surveys, ecological impact assessment and biodiversity management plans with a breadth of project experience across residential development, water, energy and transport (road and rail) infrastructure, mining and coal seam gas and renewable energy developments (i.e. wind farms, solar farms and battery storage).
 
He is fully cognisant with the Commonwealth EPBC Act and Qld and NSW biodiversity assessment legislation, including the Biodiversity Assessment Method.
 
Dave was recently with the Inland Rail Project where he was responsible for delivery the Biodiversity Offsets Delivery Strategy for the NSW Projects. He was instrumental in acquiring over 100,000 biodiversity credits, establishment of over 20 Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement sites, completing major tender processes and meeting the offset obligations for the Parkes to Narromine and Narrabri to North Star projects.
