Radika is the Ecology Team Manager, with over 15 years of experience in providing ecological and project management services in Australia and France.  Radika has managed large, complex projects for a variety of clients across Australia’s eastern seaboard and regional NSW, with particular experience in complex ecological monitoring programs and large-scale biodiversity investigations. Radika is highly skilled in the logistical management of all facets of large projects and has a strong understanding of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
 
Radika’s project management experience includes planning and risk analysis, resource management, team management, environmental report preparation, budget management, client relations and communication. Radika has a research background in behavioural ecology, focusing on the monogamous pairing behaviour of shingleback lizards and environmental influences on behaviour.
