Morgan has been actively involved in archaeology and cultural heritage management in both academic and consultancy capacities for over 13 years. She has extensive experience in cultural heritage management in NSW, QLD, and WA, and has carried out archaeological research projects in NT, NSW, SA, QLD, and South America.
 
Morgan has a passion for preserving and honouring the rich cultural heritage of Aboriginal communities and through her work has been instrumental in fostering meaningful connections between past and present. Morgan brings a wealth of expertise to our organisation and clients and is passionate about supporting Niche’s heritage team members to grow and develop their careers, while working together to provide quality advice for our clients and positive outcomes for heritage across eastern Australia.
 
Morgan possesses multi-faceted skills in large-scale project management, team leadership, cultural heritage management, archaeological research, legislative compliance, and Aboriginal community consultation. Morgan is a member of the Australian Archaeological Association, and an Associate member of the Australian Association of Consulting Archaeologists Inc.
