Principal – Aquatic Ecology

Luke has over eight years of experience as an ecological consultant, specialising in aquatic ecological assessment. Luke possesses significant experience applying both aquatic and terrestrial environmental legislation at the State and Federal level, relating to environmental assessments, approvals advice and the protection of aquatic systems. Luke has extensive experience in the development and delivery of projects relating to long-term ecological monitoring programs, environmental assessments, complex infrastructure developments and project ecologist roles.
 
Luke has significant experience in the assessment of aquatic condition, stream health and water quality. Luke is experienced in a range of aquatic survey techniques, including survey for threatened fish and frog species. In addition to this, Luke has a broad skill base in ecological assessment having undertaken survey from coastal areas through to urban centres, western NSW and alpine streams. Based in NSW, Luke also has experience undertaking assessments in VIC, QLD and the ACT. Luke uses his well-developed data
