Jennie has a comprehensive background in biodiversity conservation and environmental management with a focus on nature positive outcomes. She has worked for the past 20 years in the private sector as an ecological consultant and the NSW Government sector in the review and approval of Biodiversity Stewardship Agreements.
 
Jennie has extensive expertise in in the NSW Biodiversity Offsets Scheme and led multi-disciplinary teams effectively in fast-paced environments delivering complex ecological assessment projects within tight timelines. Jennie designed and delivered a number of vocational training programs in environmental management and biodiversity offsetting methodology for NSW TAFE, the NSW Government and private organisations.
