Experienced Consultant – Heritage

Samuel is an experienced archaeologist with a proven delivery record of heritage assessments, photographic archival recording, heritage interpretation, field survey and excavation in historical and Aboriginal heritage fields. Sam has over six years’ experience working in private consulting in NSW and has provided advice on a number of heritage projects and sites in NSW, including sites of National, State, and local heritage significance.
Sam has a mature understanding of cultural and historical heritage legislation in NSW, and the interface between heritage legislation and the NSW planning process. He is proficient in both historical and cultural significance and archaeological assessments and has experience in Aboriginal cultural heritage management. He has an interest in how the stories of the past can shape our future.
