Rob brings over 20 years’ experience in human resources having led People & Culture functions for organisation across consulting, financial services, insurance, technology sectors and environmental consulting.  Her former roles include responsibility for national, ANZ and Asia-Pacific territories at top tier firms like Westpac, KPMG, Commonwealth Bank, QBE and Environmental Resource Management (ERM) where she was the Partner in Charge of People and Culture for APAC.
 
Rob is known for thinking “outside the box” to find the right solutions to drive operational excellence, while fostering growth for businesses, and cultivating cultures that empower individuals to thrive.
