News & Insights

At Niche, we celebrate and promote diversity of community and are committed to ensuring equal and equitable access to opportunities for all.

We are proud to have women making up more than half of our team and that our gender pay gap, as reported by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency earlier this month, is close to zero. Across all the metrics reported, we are 1% or less off the target of +/- 5% which WGEA considers ideal.

Managing Director Ian Rollins commented:

I am really proud of this, not because its perfect, but because it reflects deliberate choices we made, fair systems, and a culture that values people for the work they do.

To celebrate International Women’s Day earlier this month, some members of our Niche and Ausecology attended UN Women Australia events in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
