Niche completes acquisition of Ausecology.

Today Niche (Niche Environment and Heritage Pty Ltd) announces it has completed the acquisition of Ausecology (Ausecology Pty Ltd). Ausecology will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Niche.

Commenting on the acquisition of Ausecology, Niche’s Managing Director Ian Rollins, said:

“We are pleased to have completed this process and to now have Ausecology as part of the Niche business. Both companies remain focused on delivery of our existing projects and ensuring continuity for our clients. We are excited to bring together our joint capabilities and industry leading experts further strengthening both teams’ service offerings.”

Ralf Regeer and Lainie Grigg, Ausecology founders and directors, have accepted management and technical leadership roles at Niche.
