This number represents the hectares of land we have enabled to be legally conserved in perpetuity and land we have under active management. The land protected includes stewardship sites established under the NSW Biodiversity Offset Scheme or protected through other conservation mechanisms.
The land restored and improved includes sites where we conduct activities such as restoration and active land management activities under Commonwealth legislation and guidelines. Our efforts on these properties are helping to improve the land to allow native vegetation and biodiversity to recover and thrive.
