Tom is a highly qualified Archaeologist and Consultant Heritage Advisor with over 13 years of experience across Australia, the UK, and Canada, currently working in southwest Victoria. His expertise includes leading Aboriginal and historical archaeological surveys and excavations, preparing Cultural Heritage Management Plans, Consent and salvage reports, and conducting artefact analyses for a diverse range of infrastructure, mining, energy, and development projects.
Tom has strong relationships with Aboriginal Traditional Owner communities and consistently delivers high-quality heritage outcomes for public and private sector clients. He also possesses extensive knowledge of Victorian heritage legislation, including the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006, Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2018, and Heritage Act 2017.
