Megan is an environmental and biodiversity specialist with a proven record of leading complex programs that deliver strong ecological outcomes alongside commercial, regulatory and organisational objectives. She joined Ausecology in 2026 as General Manager – Land Restoration, bringing deep experience across the mining, resources and for‑purpose sectors, where she has shaped environmental strategy, delivered large‑scale biodiversity initiatives and provided guidance in challenging operational contexts.

Her technical expertise spans biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, invasive species management, biosecurity, surface and groundwater monitoring, and threatened species management.
