Cairo’s experience includes over seven years in ecological / genetic research within university and private institutions, and another eight years in consulting. A combination of research and consulting experience has given Cairo a well-rounded skill set enabling rigorous field survey, data analysis, reporting, trouble shooting and successful stakeholder and client consultation across a diverse range of small, medium and large projects including Project managing Australia’s largest biodiversity offsetting project (Inland Rail) for four years which has involved directing large teams of internal staff and subcontractors to assess over 200 properties generating hundreds of thousands of biodiversity credits within 20 BSAs.
