Donna is a senior HR generalist with 10 years of experience across media/news production, agency recruitment and pre-employment screening industries. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business, with majors in Human Resources and Finance, from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Over the course of her career she has partnered with senior leadership teams working through areas such as organisational transformation, change management, ER/IR frameworks and strategies, EBA negotiations, remuneration and reward strategies, succession planning, performance management and dispute resolution. She also has experience with providing advice and support under Australian, New Zealand and UK employment laws.

Donna enjoys fostering close working relationships with stakeholders and corporate teams and is commited to business partnering and delivering value to stakeholders.
