As our business continues to innovatively adapt and respond to the changing conditions of the pandemic, our focus remains on caring for our team and their families, our clients, and our communities.
Currently, in both NSW and QLD, we are fortunate to be experiencing zero-to-low levels of community transmission. So, while remaining vigilant, we’ve been enjoying the opportunity to work together in person again by returning to our offices, but also continuing to provide our people with the choice and infrastructure to work effectively from home. This agility lets us continue our work, even when there’s an unexpected outbreak and the unpredictable effects of restrictions as we have recently experienced in Queensland and NE NSW.
At Niche every person in our team is empowered to make decisions that ensure the safety of themselves and others.
Informed, prepared and trusted to work safely
Throughout the past 12 months, we’ve taken action to ensure that our people are informed, prepared and trusted to work safely. We’ve remained open for business and continued to deliver on our commitments to clients.
We are proud of our people and how we’ve worked together and cared for each other. We extend our sincere thanks to our team – and to our clients – for their resilience and support during this very difficult time.
The post-pandemic future
As life slowly returns to normal, we’ll continue to adhere to government advice, and extra safeguards will remain in place to ensure the wellbeing of our team and the communities we live and work in.
The outlook for Niche is bright thanks to our strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, a long-term pipeline of projects and the continuing economic stimulus provided by government to the sectors we work in: we’re proud to be participating in the rebuild of our economy and communities.
We look forward to the post-pandemic future as we continue to provide superior advice, operate honestly and ethically, and strive to be the best at what we do.
