Niche is open for business.
We care about our staff, our support teams and our clients, and we are committed to delivering on our promises.
Our communities and our environment have faced quite a few challenges in the past months: bushfires, floods, and now a pandemic. Of course, during the current coronavirus pandemic, there are restrictions on many of our normal activities and we are taking these into account as we plan our work, find ways to safely innovate, and continue to support our clients.
We’re maintaining our focus on our people, our clients, on safety and planning for the future.
We have a robust business continuity plan that provides a framework to reduce disruption to our business and to our clients, and we’ve already put in place a range of measures to ensure we maintain a safe working environment.
Caring for each other and working safely from home
Working remotely is in our DNA.
From the very beginning, at Niche’s establishment in 2009, we designed our business around remote work systems. We have always been able to work from home or our clients’ sites or anywhere, just as effectively as we do from our offices.
Working
from home or elsewhere, we continue to care for each other and stay connected through
proactive, open and regular communication including online meetings, and
informal online lunch breaks and social check-ins.
Planning for a bright future
We are supporting our team to be resilient and resourceful in response to the social and economic disruption of coronavirus. Through innovation we will continue to safely deliver projects for our clients and business partners.
We remain committed to providing clever solutions and superior advice, delivering excellence in your environment now and into a bright future.
