Niche Environment and Heritage has been approved by RMS as a prequalified supplier for heritage services as part of the NSW government road agency’s Environmental Services panel. Niche is now prequalified to provide services for Aboriginal cultural heritage and cultural values, and Non-Aboriginal cultural heritage.
To date, Niche has been selected by RMS to undertake more than 40 ecology and heritage consulting projects, including an ongoing 8 year contract as lead environmental consultants for two sections of the Pacific Highway upgrades from Oxley Highway to Kempsey and Frederickton to Eungai (OH2K and F2E).

Niche’s multidisciplinary team of 50 includes Aboriginal and Historical heritage consultants, as well as ecologists, environmental specialists and accredited offsetting experts.
Niche is currently a panel member for RMS for Biodiversity (Category 5 – Environmental Services), and for the NSW Government (SCM005 – Performance and Management Services).
