Due to strong demand from clients across the state, Niche Environment and Heritage has expanded its presence in Far North Queensland, recently adding two new appointments and moving into new offices in Cairns.
Senior environmental consultant Anne-marie Ten Hoorn brings with her more than ten years of experience gained within the public sector (predominately at the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads), private industry and consultancy, and electricity network distribution industry. Anne-marie has worked extensively in the facilitation of environmental compliance for large infrastructure projects.
Matt Harris joins Niche as GIS consultant. Matt comes on-board with experience in the use of GIS for a range of environmental and heritage applications in QLD and NSW. He will be providing critical GIS support across the company.
“These new appointments broaden our environmental assessment capability and strengthen our technical capacity,” said Cameron Harvey, Queensland regional manager.
“Our growing team will continue to support clients across the state with sound advice and efficient solutions to support their projects.”
