Jill Reid has recently been appointed as a subject matter expert on the Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) environmental panel.
Jill is Niche’s Cairns-based Senior Heritage Consultant and has over 15 years experience in the field of Aboriginal cultural heritage and 8 years direct experience with transport related projects.
Her skills include project managing and conducting risk assessments, field assessments, undertaking community consultation and negotiation, excavation, development of management agreements and report writing. Jill is a highly experienced consultant well practiced in working with Indigenous and other community stakeholder organisations.
The objective of the TfNSW environmental panel is to greatly improve efficiency in engaging resources, provide support to TfNSW and spare industry the considerable time and expense of submitting tender bids for each individual engagement.
