Now, for the first time, Niche will participate in the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) NSW state conference as a sponsor and exhibitor. This one-day conference will explore current and emerging challenges facing the industry and will be attended by 300 leading developers, architects, planners, engineers and associated professionals.
Niche’s ecology team leader and accredited BAM assessor Luke Baker will attend the conference and will be available to discuss with delegates the recent changes to biodiversity conservation legislation, and the implications for development in NSW, including new and potentially commercially advantageous opportunities for environmental offsetting.
“We are committed to supporting our growing base of clients in the urban development sector by providing excellent advice that adds real value to their projects,’ said director Matthew Richardson.
The UDIA’s NSW state conference takes places on 18 October 2018 at the Hyatt Regency in Sydney. To find out more visit the UDIA NSW website.
