Philip has a lifetime of business experience gained in professional service organisations and infrastructure providers in the transport, water, energy and urban development sectors.
He founded leading environmental planning and communications consulting firm, Manidis Roberts in 1988 and grew the business to employ more than 100 staff. In July 2012, Manidis Roberts joined the RPS Group, an international environmental and planning consultancy.
In the last 10 years, Philip has been a major participant and shaper on alliance programs and projects for major infrastructure projects in the transport, water and energy sectors. He was a member of several alliance leadership teams providing governance to major infrastructure projects enabling strong cost, safety, environmental, community and engineering outcomes.
Philip is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; Member of the Environmental Institute of Australian and New Zealand and Member of the Planning Institute of Australia.
Philip is currently a non-executive director on the St George Community Housing Association board and a governor of the Centennial Parklands Foundation.
